Diego Samuel and his family are dedicated to processing and producing high-end specialty coffee. They built their own lab on the farm to better understand their farm and coffees. This helped them develop advanced fermentation and washing techniques, using self collected micro-organisms. Diego has even developed his own environmentally friendly driers that compensate the changeable climate conditions. These experiments and the novel approach to coffee have paid off, winning several awards.

This example of the Castillo variety disproves the myths that still question the quality this varietal can produce. The treatment of this coffee is taken to new levels to draw out true potential. A FRUIT BOMB!
